EU Digital Product Passport

Your suppliers fill in the passport. You publish it.

Partpass collects component data from your suppliers, shows what's still missing for your product category, and gives every product a QR code that consumers, repairers and authorities can scan.

Works in any browser. Install it on your phone or computer, no app store needed.

How it works

  1. 1

The supplier publishes the part once

Materials, origin, recycled content, hazards. Recipes and certificates can be marked restricted, so only verified authorities see them.

  2. 2

    The manufacturer builds the passport

Add parts with the supplier's link, see what's still missing, and request it in one click. Every change is versioned.

  3. 3

    Anyone scans the QR code

Consumers get plain facts, repairers get steps, parts and service history, and authorities get logged access to the rest.

Who it's for

Suppliers

Answer every customer's data request from one record, per batch, and see who uses your part.

Manufacturers

Reach a complete passport before the deadline, with a GS1 Digital Link QR code ready to print.

Repair workshops

Scan, follow the dismantling steps, find part numbers and log the repair in the passport.

Authorities

Open restricted data with a case reference. Every access is logged and visible to the manufacturer.

Partpass app icon

A website you can install as an app

  • Install it on Android, iPhone, Windows or Mac in one tap, with no app store.
  • Opens full screen with its own icon, like any other app.
  • Passports you've opened stay available offline, which helps in the workshop.
  • Always up to date, with nothing to download again.
